Olive Tapenade and Gnoochi
Various Italian Cheeses and Cold Meats
Tomato and Mozzarella Salad, Olives, and an assortment of tapenades
Tomato Basil Elephant Ears, Tomato-Mozzarella-Basil Bruschetta and Ricotta-Honey Crostini
After our trip to Italy and the Mediterranean Greg and I brought back several unique finds and wanting to share with our family and friends we opted to serve them for Thanksgiving. With my very own Sue Chief (thanks Mom you were great) I created an Italian spread that was delicious.
