Prosciutto wrapped around mozzarella, drizzled with Olive Oil and fresh ground pepper
Volterra, Italy and "brought" back
Also served but not pictured various wines we brought back and homemade Pomegranate Sangria that I made with Italian Grappa and Italian Red wine. It took Mom and I several hours to prepare each dish from scratch and present it and only minutes for it to be savored by everyone. This was a special Thanksgiving that I will always remember not to mention that I am very Thankful for the opportunity to visit Italy and to have the memories.
