Day 2 continued

After a coupe of hours of sleep we ventured out on foot on our own. We made our way to the Piazza Navarone where we enjoyed many street performers and artist. One performer was a mime who kep the crowd laughing with his antics as he picked on people as they passed by. We made our way to alittle open aired cafe where we had dinner. We began with a bottle of Pinot Grigio and brushetta and then pasta with meat sauce for Greg and pesto for me. After our meal we strolled around Rome enjoying the sights and sounds. We stopped at a gelato shop for dessert and enjoyed it as we strolled by moonlight back to the hotel.
